In the past year, Inexal has invested in its own cleanroom. With our own cleanroom, we are the first European spring supplier with a cleanroom in house. Cleaned springs ensure that no contamination comes off the springs. Cleaned springs are used in machines for the high-tech, chip producers, aerospace machinery. Cleanroom springs
In addition to all the various after-treatments that Inexal already offers, an own Inexal cleanroom cannot be left behind. With the options for vacuum packaging up to grade 2, the Inexal cleanroom offers a faster delivery of clean compression springs and extension springs.
Grades
Inexal's cleanroom ensures that all springs are cleaned in accordance with the standards found in:
- GSA 07 4320
- GSA 07 2310
- GSA 07 2220
This includes that the cleanroom is accredited in accordance with ISO 7 and ISO 8 ( 14644-1 2015 ).
With the cleanroom, Inexal is taking a step towards facilitating the machine production process. The springs ensure that the final machine can be placed in Grade 1.
Professional personnel
Thanks to our cleanroom specialists, the cleanroom is already up and running. The staff ensures that the springs are pre-cleaned and that the cleanroom itself also remains clean. Under strict regulations regarding clothing and human contact, our spring specialists in the cleanroom ensure that the springs are properly cleaned and packed.
